Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in is subject to availability. Late check-out is subject to availability and costs €10 per hour.

Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public areas.

Pets weighing up to 25 kg are welcome, with a €25 charge per stay.

Guests can use nearby private car parks, including P24 and Parking Plateia. Grand Parking is a further option at a greater distance. Availability, current rates and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with each car park.

Grand Parking has two electric vehicle charging spaces, subject to availability. Charging is paid through an app, separately from the parking fee.

Breakfast is served daily at the Mezzanine from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Non-residents can enjoy breakfast for €18 per person.

À la carte room service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Cold dishes are available overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. A €5 service charge applies.

Duck Restaurant is on the ground floor of The Excelsior and is open Tuesday to Sunday, 1:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It welcomes hotel guests and non-residents, with priority service for hotel guests. For reservations, call +30 2315 519333.

Baby cots are provided free of charge, subject to availability and prior arrangement with the hotel.

The Excelsior does not have step-free access at its main entrance, a ramp or platform lift, a wheelchair-accessible lift or accessible guest rooms. Dining and meeting spaces are not wheelchair-accessible, and there is no accessible public toilet. A safe drop-off point is available. Please contact the hotel before booking to discuss your needs and the building’s limitations.

Thessaloniki Airport is 16 km away, approximately a 30-minute drive without traffic. Thessaloniki Railway Station is 4.5 km away, approximately a 15-minute drive without traffic.

Airport transfers can be booked through Reception. Availability and the current fare are confirmed when booking.

The waterfront and Tsimiski Street are approximately 2 minutes away on foot, Aristotelous Square 3 minutes, Modiano Market 4 minutes, Ladadika 5 minutes, Venizelou Metro Station 7 minutes, the port 8 minutes and the White Tower 16 minutes.
