The Academy is the only institution which awards excellence in the field of luxury travel services and the International 5 Star Diamond Award is the only award that recognizes excellence worldwide. 

The evaluation of the candidates is based primarily on hospitality, behavior, quality, cleanliness and above all services, while the award is given by the Board only to nominees that demonstrate a commitment to excellence and luxury of a service in their category. 

After assessing our application, both hotels Excelsior Hotel in Thessaloniki & Eagles Palace Hotel & Spa in Ouranoupolis were awarded by the International 5 Star Diamond Award for 2012.
